Meet Skipper Kelp

Fight Capital Gym owner Skipper Kelp began his journey in combat sports as a child with black belts in Taekwondo and Japanese Karate. Kelp began boxing at the age of 12 and won several nation championships including the 1987 Olympic Sports Festival, 1987 and 1988 National Golden Gloves and had the privilege of representing the U.S. in several international competitions.

Fight Capital Youth

The Fight Capital Youth program is becoming everything it was meant to be. Leo Ramos has developed the youth jiu jitsu classes into a disciplined and fun environment for kids of all ages. The focus and skill development of each child is beginning to take shape even with the 3 year olds that participate. Eddie Moreno and Jason Crocco are having the same success with the Kids Muay Thai and Boxing classes.
